The interest rate quoted assumes a $610,000 purchase price, 10% down payment / 90% loan-to-value (LTV), and a minimum FICO score of 780 on a primary residence using conventional financing. The 3-2-1 Temporary Rate Buydown program can be applied to VA, FHA and conventional loans. It does not apply to jumbo loans or other loan programs. On a $549,000 loan (i.e., $610,000 purchase price with a 10% down payment), the APR would be 6.982% with a monthly principal and interest payment of $3,606.54 for years 4-30.
