PRE-SALES PROCEDURES
All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through one of Avalon Point's preferred lenders. Buyers who utilize one of Avalon Point's preferred lenders for their loan will receive a credit at closing that can be used toward closing costs at the close of escrow. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to one of our preferred lenders to purchase and receive a credit.
Pre-qualification with one of Avalon Point's preferred lenders is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. Purchase priority is based on the order of pre-qualification completion. The more complete information you provide on your application to our preferred lender, the faster they will be able to provide your pre-qualification letter.
