Trumark Homes’ Sharri Sidore Wins the Sales and Marketing Council of Southern California’s (SMC/SC) Sales Person of the Quarter Award

IRVINE, Calif. – May 11, 2010 – Trumark Homes is proud to announce Home Counselor Sharri Sidore as the winner of the Sales and Marketing Council of Southern California’s (SMC/SC) Sales Person of the Quarter award for the first quarter of 2010.

Sidore won the prestigious award for her work with Trumark’s Wyeth Cove homes in Upland, Calif., which had its grand opening in January this year.  The award recognizes individuals who have made superior contributions to the sales of their new-home community.  Winners are selected for total professionalism, not solely on volume.

“Sharri has a great attitude and always goes an extra step to ensure clients are happy,” said Marianne Browne, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Trumark. “Despite some challenges in this market, she demonstrated an impressive ability to shine through.”

Aside from successfully closing deals, clients have come to know Sidore for her personal touches, which include personal greetings on their first day of moving in, providing homemade welcoming “goodies,” checking in with phone calls and enlisting help for moving and repairs when needed.

“She meets clients and brokers after hours and on her days off to make things happen,” Browne said.  “She deserves a lot of credit for all of her hard work. The results are there.”

For the quarter, Sidore had seven net sales, with three remaining to be sold.  Wyeth Cove consists of 39 finished lots of courtyard single-family detached homes.
